The Stöhr family, owners of the Höhengasthaus zum Kreuz in Biederbach in the Black Forest, obtain their drinking water from their own spring. In times of heavy rainfall, the water became cloudy again and again. Not only the owner family noticed this, but also their guests. Thanks to our SolarSpring drinking water treatment system, both the smallest suspended particles and microorganisms are filtered out. Online monitoring enables the system to be permanently monitored.
Goal: Treatment of turbid spring water for the Höhengasthaus zum Kreuz (inn and guesthouse with 16 beds and its own restaurant).
And further supply of two surrounding farms with drinkable, treated water from the spring.
Technical data: Compact SolarSpring ultrafiltration system with integrated backwash and a capacity of 2500 l/h (energy consumption: approx. 20W).
